Today is 20 November, and I've just received a letter (a letter!) dated 23 October from Adobe, saying their systems were compromised between 11-17 September (September!) and my name and credit card data may have been stolen.
They "regret any inconvenience or concern" and advise me to check my bank statements in case of fraud or identity theft.
Do you suppose there might have been a quicker way to alert me of this?
