Customer service is sales
After years with one supplier I'm moving my home broadband. I had some connection problems recently which may have been my provider or may have been my equipment. The starting point was calling them, which I had to do several times with increasing dread. It involved lots of queuing and repeated conversations with people with strong accents that I struggled with.

When I called to cancel the wait was very short and the person trying to talk me out of it very understandable, but it was too late.
