Agencies increasingly becoming full service
econsultancy.com's UK Search Engine Marketing Benchmark Report 2013 has found that 52% of agencies now offer a ‘full range of digital marketing services’. This is up from 45% in 2012 and 42% in 2011.

A report from Charterhouse, a marketing production company, found that 48% of European marketers feel that coordinating multiple agencies is unmanageable. Lack of, or poor communication between the agencies was cited as a problem by 53% of respondents.

So, it seems that full service is good.

We agree with this. We have now formed a multi functional team under one roof that can offer a full service agency offering, including: digital, strategic marketing, communications, design and new media.
